These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PushPDR website at pushdentremoval.com and the paintless dent repair ("PDR") services we provide. Please read them carefully. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging PushPDR for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Estimates

Any estimate or quote we provide — including quotes based on photos you submit — is a good-faith approximation and is non-binding. All estimates are subject to a final in-person inspection of your vehicle. The actual price may change once a technician inspects the damage in person, identifies hidden damage, or determines the repair is more or less involved than the photos suggested. We will discuss any change with you before performing work.

3. Scope of Work and PDR Limitations

Paintless dent repair is effective for many dents, but it is not suitable for every type of damage. You acknowledge that:

  • Not all dents can be fully removed with PDR. Results depend on the size, depth, and location of the dent, the condition of the paint, and the type of metal.
  • Dents with cracked, chipped, or previously repainted finishes, or damage on body lines, edges, or hard-to-reach panels, may not be fully repairable.
  • PDR does not repair paint damage, scratches, rust, or structural damage.
  • We will advise you honestly if PDR is not the right solution for your vehicle.

4. Photo Submission Terms

When you submit photos of your vehicle for an estimate, you confirm you have the right to share them and you grant PushPDR permission to use those photos for the purpose of evaluating the damage and preparing a quote. We will not knowingly publish photos that identify you without your consent. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information (such as license plates or documents) in your photos.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the agreed work, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will review the completed repair with you before collecting payment. For insurance or hail claims, you are responsible for any deductible and any amounts not covered by your insurer.

6. Workmanship and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work and aim for your complete satisfaction. We will perform a walk-through with you upon completion. If you have a concern about a repair we performed, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. This does not cover new damage, damage unrelated to the original repair, or normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PushPDR's total liability arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. PushPDR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle. PDR involves working metal that has already been damaged; in rare cases minor imperfections may remain or paint already weakened by the original impact may react, and you accept this inherent risk of the process.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
